We are so excited to announce Kiona Moore as our new Business Development and Marketing Manager. Kiona was Assurance’s very first hire as a post closer. She worked her way up to management and now brings her leadership and customer service skills to the marketing team at Assurance Title.

Have you ever met anyone famous?
My friend and I won front row tickets to Beyonce’s “On the Run” tour from 92Q. We also won $2,000 for us and $2,000 for our favorite charity. During the show, Beyonce looked at me, and I don’t know but just I feel like she knows me now.
Have you had your 15 minutes of fame?
When I was younger, I wanted to be a singer when I grew up. I got 3rd place in “Baltimore Idol.” I sang a bunch of songs — Beyonce, Rihanna, old school R&B.
What’s your spirit animal?
None. … I’m scared of all animals, except for Hank at the Columbia office.
What’s your favorite productivity hack?
For me, it’s the early start. I’m up by 6:00 am, and the first thing I do is check my email. I like to get as much done as I can before distractions.
What energizes you at work?
M&Ms … and the energy of my coworkers. That’s why I love this office so much. So many personalities. There is always something going on. Sometimes you can hear music coming from the training room. All that activity keeps the energy up
