It’s at the heart of all that we do at Assurance Title. That’s why we’re excited to announce that Brian Harper has moved into a new role as our Marketing Manager.
If you’re an agent, buyer or seller working with Assurance, you’re going to get to know Brian well
because his job is to forge strong working relationships and create a memorable settlement experience.
He’ll be reaching out periodically at each stage of the settlement process to ensure that everyone involved is fully informed and educated on the process, as well as what is needed at each step along the way. Even after the settlement is over, he’ll be checking back to find out how the experience went and to identify any ways that we can serve you better.
Brian will be participating in weekly Title Talk and Tech Check presentations with local agents. These sessions are a great opportunity for agents working with us for the first time to get to know our process and the applications we use along the way. It’s also a great refresher for veteran agents that we’ve worked with before.
We grabbed Brian for a quick Q&A to find out more about his new role and his plans to engage with our clients. Here’s what he had to say:
What are your key responsibilities in your new role?
I will be truly laser focused on our clients. I will ensure that each and every Assurance client is equipped with the tools and resources needed to serve their buyers/sellers.
My scope will go beyond the office. It will go beyond the typical 9-5 M-F business hours. When the normal tools and resources are not enough, it will be my responsibility to work alongside our subject matter experts to create a strategy that saves the deal.
I’ll be behind the scenes of just about every crisis that may kill a deal and make our client the hero! This structure provides our processors and attorney with a greater capacity to ensure more smooth settlements.
Assurance has an impeccable reputation of providing outstanding service. I look forward to carrying the torch and increasing the capacity for our organization and those that we serve.
What are you most excited about in this new position?
I am most excited about being an intricate part of creating a memorable experience for our clients and customers.
Our agents, lenders and partners deserve a title company that works as hard as they do to make their clients lives a bit easier.
Homebuying and even sometimes home selling can be such an emotional experience for individuals and families. Assurance takes pride in taking some of the pressure off of the shoulders of people who trust us the most.
Over the last year, we’ve seen many developments in our technology and processes, and I am excited to make sure our brokers, agents, clients and customers know how to use them. I’m equally as excited to work with our leadership team to enhance and develop new ones.
What can agents expect when they attend a Title Talk / Tech Check presentation?
Our agents can expect to have a better understanding of what a title company does. This can be a little overwhelming, especially for new agents.
With Assurance, we have many added services that other title companies don’t offer. Your clients no longer have to get a stack of difficult documents to complete on their own.
After we receive the contract, I’ll personally contact your client and see what questions they may have. Our agents love it because they can focus on the many other things happening in the transaction at this stage.
From our Remote Earnest Money Deposit services through Zoccam to creating Seller Net Sheets/Buyer Estimates with our Title Capture App, our agents walk away with real life tools that make their lives easier so they can focus on the transaction.
There are many more benefits, and I go through all of them and help the agent better understand what sets us apart. Title/Tech Talks are offered in either individual or group settings.
What’s the best way to contact you if any agent/buyer/seller has a question?
I am generally available before and after hours – even weekends via phone/text/email using the information below:
